Mercdes-Benz India launched its face lifted MPV "R Class" in Mumbai on Thursday, 7th October, 2010. The R-Class launched in 2006 is now available with long wheelbase R350 4Matic.
New R Class will equipped with a 3498cc V6 petrol engine and will generate 272 bhp and the 7G-Tronic automatic transmission and comfortably seats 7 adults.
German Luxury car maker Mercedes Benz its successful E Class in convertible version "Cabriolet" in the Indian market at a price tag of Rs. 64.5 Lakhs. Mercedes-Benz E-Class till date has sold over 12,700 units and the new E-Class has already sold 1268 vehicles between January to July 2010.

The top can be opened or closed with the touch of a button in 20 seconds flat – even while driving at speeds of up to 40 kmph. The E-Class E 350 Cabriolet sports a 3.5 litre engine delivering a powerful output of 272 hp and a torque of 355 N.
German Luxury car maker Mercedes-Benz launched its much awaited model "SLS AMG" in India which was showcased earlier this year in Auto Expo Delhi. “Today India joins the elite ranks of the first few RHD markets globally to launch this mean machine. Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is powered by the modified AMG 6.3 – litre V8 front mid-engine, the AMG SPEEDSHIFT DCT 7-speed sports transmission , the AMG speed-sensitive sports steering and the light yet rigid aluminum space frame.
In early Mercedes-Benz history, the "S-Class" designation was used colloquially, referring to the letter "S" which designated most of the larger six-cylinder powered vehicles in the company's lineup (but not the luxurious V8-powered 600 limousine).
